As we work directly with our own air express shipping partners, we will guarantee the product is shipped as soon as possible. Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, it takes in total 15 to 26 days for the items to arrive. Sometimes it will arrive less than 15 days. Each product may be slightly different depends on the destination countries. US warehouse to US shipping is 4-14 days. Spain warehouse to European countries is 7-14 days. China warehouse to all countries is 14-35 days.

2. What's your return policy

We offer 30 days guaranteed money back program. You can contact us regarding to the issue and refund.  

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
